INITIAL ANALYSIS: EB Contracting would like Reveal Marketing to build a responsive optimized website. To do this, we will need to:
- Obtain a hosting service
- Purchase a domain name
- Create a coming soon page to alert visitors
- Determine what pages will be needed based on focus keywords
- Build a website with SSL certificate
- Add needed pages and contact form
- Add content, branding, images, services, descriptions
- Verify the website within Google
- Optimize the pages for search
- Add before and after photos and other gallery photos
- Add testimonials (Home and About page)
- Link Social Media
- Setup analytics and monitor website activity
WEBSITE PRICING
- SiteGround Hosting & SSL = $80/year
- Website Theme & Editor = $90/year
- Website build with analytics $150/page (estimated 10 pages needed: Home, 4 service pages, About (Team/Careers), Contact, Terms & Conditions, Privacy, FAQ)** = $1500
- Website functionality: SEO $100/page (estimated 5 optimized pages, research + tools needed) = $600
- Website functionality: Contact Forms, and Security (+ tools needed) = $200
- Website functionality: photos (+ tools needed) = $350
- Optional Website functionality: Booking (charges for these services vary) = $100
- Optional Website functionality: Blog = $100
- Ongoing support = $350/month – $500/month depending on the level of service (this would include 1 blog/month)

OPTIONS:
- 90-MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE: $90
- ONGOING SUPPORT: $350/MONTH – $500/MONTH (DEPENDING ON LEVEL OF SERVICE)
- LOGO DESIGN: $1200
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment for tools due upon purchase of those tools (as needed): $410
- Payment for website: 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon site completion/approval: $1325 x 2
- Estimated Hosting, and Plugin costs per year after the first year: $400 (booking tool not included; click here for pricing comparisons).
Notes: We are glad to discuss how this proposal can be modified to fit your needs and budget. Adjustments for unforeseen costs or for services that were not needed occur on the second invoice. If ongoing support is not selected, requests after the site is approved, are invoiced at the rates stated above. This proposal does not include other services needed that are unknown at this time.
ABOUT REVEAL MARKETING & TERESA NICHOLS
Reveal Marketing offers marketing services to multiple companies that otherwise would not have marketing support. Adding a full-time marketing professional to a team could cost $70,000 or more per year while adding a long-term marketing consultant to a team is much more financially feasible and allows small businesses to compete with larger businesses that have internal marketing teams.
