INITIAL ANALYSIS: The owner of Constantino Artworks would like to update get more traffic to the website and its functionality. To do this, we will need to: 

  • Determine the current status of the site and hosting 
  • Ensure optimization and responsiveness of the site 
  • Add gallery to site
  • Update/Link Social Media 
  • Setup analytics and monitor website activity
  • Create and manage an off page SEO strategy for the site as well as other awareness opportunities 
  • Claim/updates/create listings as needed
    • Google
    • Yelp
    • Art/retail related, Etc.

WEBSITE CONTRACT PRICING

Website and shop updates and maintenance = $750/month for 6 months including:

  • *On-Site/Product Search Optimization – (estimated 15 pages)
  • Optimization/SEO (9 optimized pages and $100 for Premium SEO plugin needed) 
  • Adding Website functionality: Gallery (sized photos needed & tool needed $200)
  • Manage shop and contact form and Security (tool needed $100)
  • Seek other opportunities to create awareness for the brand 

(*All content to be provided by Constantino Artworks or approved from ChatGPT)

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment for tools due upon purchase of those tools: (as needed)
  • Payment for ongoing support due monthly installments managed by monthly invoice: $750/month
  • Estimated Hosting and Plugin costs per year after the first year: $350
