Objective
Vision Technologies Roofing seeks to increase search engine visibility, through both organic and paid marketing, for keywords being searched by potential customers. The increased traffic will lead to more exposure and increased leads coming into the company from the website.
Requirements
- Perform keyword research to understand what potential customers are looking for when searching for companies to perform work or new installation of roofing, windows, gutters, siding and painting services.
- Run a full on-page SEO audit to see where the website is currently at and what we need to do to clean up and fix existing errors.
- Perform competitor research to see who in the area is dominating the current search results for the keywords we will be targeting. We will see what their techniques are and build a game plan based on what we need to do to exceed what they’re currently doing.
- Set up Google Analytics with conversion tracking to keep track of how many leads we are receiving through emails, online contact forms and phone calls from the website.
Once the initial analysis and setup is complete, we will be working on the website on a monthly basis, based on the amount of hours that you choose.
- Cleaning up errors, warnings and notices found in our initial audit.Strategically placing keywords on different pages of the website to optimize each page for a different key phrase or word. This includes adding fresh content and images to the pages.
- Creating new pages to optimize for key phrases that don’t currently have a place on the site.
- Creating landing pages for paid search campaigns.
- Reporting on our completed work and status.
- Reporting on the past month’s traffic and conversions compared to our goals and the previous year (if available).
- Meeting with Vision Technologies monthly to go over the report and give suggestions for the next month.
Contract Price
The cost of the initial setup is $2,250. Keyword research, audit, competitor research and Analytics setup will take around 45 hours total and can be finished in 1 month.
Pricing is based on the number of hours contracted:
Option 1 – 10 hours per month SEO – $600
Option 2 – 20 hours per month SEO & PPC – $1,200 (plus $500 per month for ad spend)
Option 3 – 30 hours per month SEO & PPC – $1,800 (plus $500 per month for ad spend)
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Payment for services due in 6 monthly installments managed by monthly invoice.
- *This proposal does not include costs of print collateral or commitments to services that are unknown at this time.
- This proposal can be modified to fit your needs and budget. It is good for 30 days from March 27, 2020.
- This contract can be renewed on 6-month or monthly basis after the initial 6-month term.
