INITIAL ANALYSIS
The Wagner team would like to create their own branded website and functionality. The following factors will be considered to improve online exposure:
- Usability of the website (mobile and desktop)
- Connections to Database and scheduling
- Logo, photos, videos from WWW for use on the site
- Setup and monitoring of site visits and conversions
- Optimize all Social Media efforts toward these efforts
- Prepare to Setup and monitor Instant Messaging
- Prepare to add e-commerce in the near future
Your site can be built as a one page site with more detailed information as the visitors scrolls down, with the most pertinent information being at the top.
CONTRACT PRICE
Phase 1:
- Cost of creating and designing the website** = $700
- Hosting, Security (SSL, Malware, Spam Protection) = $250 (yearly)
- Adding Website functionality: Contact Forms = $250 (includes $100 annual license)
- Integration with Zoho CRM = $35/month per user for Zoho services
- Adding Website functionality: Appointment Scheduler = $150 (includes $50 plugin fee)
Optional Add-ons:
- Adding Website functionality: E-commerce = $250
- Adding Website Functionality: Instant Messaging = $150 ($250 annual license)
Optional On-going Support
- Ongoing Support = $250/month:
- Website updates (1 hour)
- Analytics Reporting (1 report/month)
- 1 Event/video/email per month ($100/additional)
- 1 meeting/month ($100/additional meeting)

COST OF WEBSITE BUILD: $950 (after 20% discount = $760)
COST OF TOOLS NEEDED: $400
COST OF ONGOING SUPPORT: $250/month
TOTAL COST WITHOUT 3-MONTH SUPPORT: $1160
TOTAL COST WITHOUT 3-MONTH SUPPORT BUT WITH ZOHO CRM FOR 2 USERS: $2000
TOTAL COST OF NEW WEBSITE WITH 3-MONTH SUPPORT: $1910
TOTAL COST OF NEW WEBSITE WITH 3-MONTH SUPPORT AND ZOHO FOR 2 USERS: $2750
3-month contract can be renewed on 3-month or monthly basis after the initial 3-month term.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Payment for tools due upon purchase of those tools =$400
- Hosting, Security, and CRM payments are made to those providers
- Payment for website 1/2 upfront and 1/2 upon site completion/approval = two payments of $380
- Payment for service due in monthly installments managed by monthly invoice =$250/month
